The static melting crystallizer employs a specialized heat exchange plate (Platecoil Plate) that utilizes either a heating or cooling medium for internal circulation during the heating or cooling process. These heat exchange plates are positioned vertically within the crystallizer's cabinet, allowing the heating or cooling medium to gradually raise or lower the temperature of the crystallizing mother liquid below the freezing point of the molten substance. As a result, a crystallizing layer forms on the surface of the heat exchange plate, utilizing the "SWEATING" process to eliminate impurities and purify the crystals.
